Summary
He’d shown up here, maybe because he thought the familiarity of it all would be comforting. Maybe because he did want to see Osamu. Or maybe because there was some other destination off in the distance, and Hyogo was just good enough to drift past as he sought it out.
Who knows.
Rintarou returns to Hyogo. And, incidentally, to Osamu.

Summary
Over the years, Iwa-chan had changed. Grown into his big feet and big hands. His chiseled jaw that could probably cut through glass, now that Tooru thought about it, and that heart-throbbingly wide smile that really, only, Tooru was ever on the receiving end of.
It had been a jarring realization. All of his thoughts, his fears rushing to his mind like a whirlpool consisting entirely of memories and in that moment he couldn’t think, couldn’t conceive, couldn’t foresee a universe where Iwa-chan could get anymore perfect.
He was clearly wrong, though. Because this Iwa-chan, the Iwa-chan crouched by his feet, genuine concern gathered in his features as he digs his thumb into the side of Tooru’s knee, the vein on the back of his hand rising with the additional strain, has Tooru weak in all the ways that matter — desperate to know more of the other’s touch.
Iwa-chan comes back to school a little bit taller, a little bit sharper, and a whole lot bigger.
