Summary
The 1900s had arrived, and major cities were dangerous than always. The War was also growing worse, and civilians needed someone or something to rely on. And amidst the rumble and the scum came the light and hope for civilians. Supers began growing in number, and multiple hero agencies were formed to keep track of the new Supers. Among them, the NSA became the favorite of the people, earning the trust of the people due to Supers like "Dynaguy" and "Mr.Incredible".
Yet, against popular belief, heroes are not born; they're made.
