“Kacchan, tell me what's wrong,” he said as he reached to grab the other's arm. When he made contact though, the other let out a very tormented moan.
“Katsuki. Look at me. “ But instead of meeting his eyes, he kept looking down at his lap. Deku, growing slightly frustrated, grabbed his chin and pulled his eyes to meet him. That's when it happened. He’s been doing this too damn long to be taken for a fool. If this is his plan, he’s thought of every possible outcome–good or bad.
“Good. Bakugou, Midoriya. You’ll be paired together for the event,” he says, his singular un-covered eye flicking from Katsuki to Izuku. “I need my best agents on the job.”
Statistically speaking, he was right.
The only problem with the plan, though, is that Katsuki and Izuku haven’t been paired for a mission since they had a minor miscommunication which quickly turned into a major problem. Katsuki has since flat out refused to be paired with Izuku on any stings or missions.
