Caitlyn inhaled sharply as Vi advanced on her, stumbling back slightly at the suddenness of the movement, her butt hitting the edge of her desk as Vi crowded her against it.
“Tell me, cupcake…” Vi drawled, hands caging Caitlyn in on either side of the desk, her voice lowering.
“Did you fuck her 'cause you wanted to forget me?” Vi smirked, tilting her head, her voice rough. “Or did you imagine it was me the whole time?~”
Caitlyn’s breath hitched, her eyes widening at Vi’s questions before her pupils dilated and she swallowed, the tension between them thickening.
Caitlyn’s voice was low, her eyes locked onto Vi as she whispered her answer, licking her lips.
“Both…”

“It’s hot in here,” Solenne says, voice thick, sparing a glance around the Elfsong to see if other patrons were uncomfortable. The only other person who seems mildly displeased is Shadowheart, though in her thin rest clothes, the only indication of this is a bead of sweat rolling down her collarbone and across her chest.
“H-hey, focus,” Shadowheart says, demanding Solenne’s attention away from her cleavage. “We should… well I hate to need Gale’s opinion but—“
Lae’zel scoffs. “Tch, you don’t need the wizard’s opinion. If you would trust me for once—“
“Wait, you know what’s going on?” Karlach demands. “Are they going to be okay?”
“Calm yourself!” Lae’zel hisses in a fake whisper. “We do not want to alarm anyone, most of all our enemies. They will be fine. They just need an… unconventional treatment.”
“Oh no…” Solenne says, realization dawning. Her heightened sensitivity, her straying thoughts, her inability to look away from how Karlach tenses her arms as she grips the table; it can only mean one thing.
