    Premise of WIP: Six months after being rescued from the terrifying Jenova Collective, Lieutenant Cloud Strife of the USS Avalanche receives a visit from one of his least favorite entities in the universe: the immortal, powerful, and annoying extra-dimensional being known as Roche.

    (Fusion with Star Trek: The Next Generation and Star Trek: Picard, in which Cloud is a Starfleet officer, Roche is a Q, and Jenova is basically the Borg Queen.)

    Premise of WIP: For the past nine years after defeating Sephiroth, Cloud has had to put up with an annual visit from Roche. Roche says he’ll only stop visiting once he is finally able to defeat Cloud in a duel. But every time they fight, Cloud wins.

    This annual “thing” between Cloud and Roche is stupid and irritating and pointless. It’s also the longest, most successful relationship Cloud has ever had.

    Premise of WIP: Cloud is a SOLDIER, one of Shinra’s elite vampire hunters. Roche, a fellow SOLDIER, is Cloud’s infuriatingly brash hunting partner. But when Cloud and Roche are both mortally wounded, the legendary vampire Sephiroth offers Cloud a choice: become a vampire or die. Cloud would rather die—but if Cloud becomes a vampire, he will regain enough strength to cast a healing spell and save Roche’s life.

    So Cloud makes a choice... and lives(?) with the consequences.

    (Also features some vampiric Sephiroth/Cloud messiness.)

    Premise of WIP: Cloud is only performing at the Honey Bee Inn tonight as part of his plan to infiltrate Don Corneo’s mansion and save Tifa. Cloud’s too worried about Tifa to enjoy himself (not that he’d enjoy any of this under other circumstances, either).

    But then Cloud spots Roche in the audience. Roche is watching Cloud intently… and sketching in a sketchbook? Cloud’s night is about to take a colorful detour—a detour that could change his life.
