Summary
The decepticons have found the allspark, but instead of using it to wreak havoc on the autobots they’re instead negotiating for peace? Join Optimus and his crew as they become the new autobot ambassadors for the decepticons and watch out those quintessons certainly won’t make their jobs any easier. Throw in errant carrier coding and the autobots appalling lack of care for their cogs and it’s certainly a recipe for disaster.

There, he catches the unwanted attention of the Autobots Search & Retrieval.Set in a world where the Autobots are known and have been quietly (and also not so quietly) meddling in human affairs since the late 1800s.
An AU of Fission - A bit of an alternative way of Sam getting to Diego Garcia (that started as a small what if but quickly grew out of proportions).

Primus was all knowing maybe, but just like he said, he wasn’t all powerful. Primus couldn’t send him back. But Sam could.
Worst case scenario, he evaporates into nothingness, but at least that would be better than spending an eternity here, watching everyone he loves die, watching as another version of himself enjoys everything he had been fighting for.
Was it dramatic? Probably. But Sam was young, he was meant to be dramatic. And for his family, he’s done crazier things.
Or: Sam gets transported to the Transformers Prime universe and ends up messing up fate's plans for its inhabitants, for the better, or for the worse.
