One day, he gets a job offer through the temporary agency to work as someone personal assistant. Not expecting much he goes.
It had been a mistake on his secretary's part to hire her own assistant without talking to him first. There were certain checks that had to be done for Johnny's safety. Nathan wanted to strangle the woman when a scrawny looking kid showed up from the temporary agency. He didn't even look like he ever had a good meal. He was going to give the kid a couple hundred bucks and send him away then Johnny walked in. It seemed getting the kid out discreetly was no longer an option.

Summary
Intention is the foundation of all magic, and that includes the potions brewing.
For every potion that contained fairy wings, it was easy to notice a significant improvement in its efficacy if the wings were given willingly by the fairies. That was just a basic concept that every mediocre potion master knew already. How that same logic could be applied with other creatures, that was Severus’ discovery.
