Summary
Ever since Ruination appeared, Tobias Fate has felt a strange energy around him that he can't shake. What's more, sometimes he catches the light from his magic cards stuttering. And that never happens. They still work perfectly fine, sometimes better than fine, but it all puts him on edge.
His blue cards in particular act the strangest, and the fact that it's clairvoyant blue and not explosive red or stunning yellow that is acting up the most is . . . unnerving. This causes Tobias to say and to do things he normally wouldn't, much to the confusion and concern of his partner Malcom Graves.
And of course Tobias responds poorly to that kind of attention, wanting to make others hurt like he's hurting.
And of course by the time he wants to apologize, he no longer can.
Twisted Fate's POV of the same timeframe as the other works, and then continuing on to the end.

Another "Sydney lives!" story, where I try to shoehorn as much happiness as I can into the lives and futures of these children
And I'm a believer in that lasting happiness has to be fought for, at least in these types of stories

Summary
Gwen does her best to work alongside the sentinels, but the inherent light within their weaponry and architecture keeps her from setting foot within their headquarters. She has chosen to inhabit a small nearby cave during the downtime, made more homely with a few furnishings and some finely woven materials. Very few sentinels go out of their way to visit her, preferring other activities.
She sees Pantheon the most, with Graves a close second.
Story is written from Graves' perspective, and is very much a Graves focused story.
I write the summary like this because Graves and Gwen and Pantheon are all big players in the way I'm writing the Ruination.
(This is written before the sentinel event really launches and is most likely way, way canon divergent. But I heard Sentinel Graves' voice lines the day it came out on SkinSpotlights and had to write something.)
Update: I got another wave of motivation after 'The Boys and Bombolini', so I'm gonna be writing new chapters for the series as well as editing old ones

Summary
Overwatch can be forgiven for keeping Hanzo at arm's length despite the endorsement of his intended murder victim. Six months of provisional membership, spent in the field, is a reasonable compromise.
