Summary
“(...) In rare cases children under the age of nineteen may develop a bond as well, a separate one called the patronus bond. Not to be confused with the Expecto Patronum spell (see p. 79).
As a result of what in muggle psychology is described as insecure attachment style, resulting from an unsatisfactory child-caretaker bond, the magic responsible for accidental magic in children (see p. 21) may form a bond with an adult with the greatest capability to fulfill the child’s needs.”Bookmarked by Marss

Summary
Severus said nothing to that. He had heard promises from Albus Dumbledore before, and had learned to wait for the evidence.
The old man seemed to understand this. He lowered himself into the chair on the far side of the bed with a small creak of old bones, and for a while they both simply looked at the boy.
"I will admit something, my boy," Dumbledore said eventually. "When I asked you to watch over Harry, I imagined you would manage cordiality. Civility, at best. A certain grim tolerance, such as one extends to a piece of furniture one has been obliged to inherit." A pause. "I did not imagine this."
“I have no idea what you mean by that” snape said “i was just doing my duty”
“I am sure you were”
“Dont look at me like that”
“I am not looking at you like anything my boy”
“No you are looking at me as if you are just humoring me and dont believe me at all”

Summary
After the tragic death of Sirius Black, Harry Potter begins his sixth year at Hogwarts tormented by grief, anger, and loneliness. No one seems to realize how close he is to the edge. One evening, while serving yet another detention under his hated Potions professor, he finds himself embroiled in a confrontation with Draco Malfoy that culminates in a dark and ancient spell.
The result? A mysterious curse that binds him irreversibly to Severus Snape.
Forced to live together, Harry and Snape must confront not only the magic that binds them, but also the ghosts of the past, their emotional scars, and their mutual prejudices. A journey through suffering, pride, and—perhaps—understanding.
A vividly drawn Severus, faithful to the original character, where emotional evolution takes center stage.
