Piers Nivans remembers dying.
Or at least, he remembers believing he would. China was supposed to be the end. Instead, he wakes days later in a BSAA quarantine facility, missing an arm, an eye, and any certainty that the C-Virus inside him will ever truly be gone.
The woman assigned to his care is the last person he expected to meet.
You're a former Neo-Umbrella scientist, currently under BSAA custody, with enough knowledge of the virus to keep Piers alive and enough secrets to make him wonder why you were trusted with him in the first place. You insist you never meant to hurt anyone. Piers isn't sure he believes you.
