Sanji wriggles all over his lap, moaning sweet little noises directly into Zoro’s ear. A normally well ironed suit jacket lays abandoned in a corner and Sanji’s dress shirt threatens to join it. It’s unbuttoned all the way to his navel, having been ripped open when the heat first started. Luckily Sanjj doesn’t seem to have the dexterity to attempt to further unclothe himself or Zoro would truly be fucked.
He can control himself. That’s what he tells himself at least but then Sanji moans again and he has to bite his cheek to prevent himself from biting something else.
It’s different.
It’s different because Zoro is in love with Sanji.

Sanji's suppressants fail and he's sent into heat placing Zoro in a horrible situation. Zoro protects him and refuses to do anything sexual with the cook when he's in this state.

Sanji’s face flashed before him, then Ace’s. His smile – his dying smile. Nami had told them all how Sanji had smiled when he’d left them. When he’d given himself up, to save them. When he’d sacrificed himself, because Luffy hadn’t been there to protect him. Because Luffy had failed – he’d been failing for years, he realised now. Ace had died with that question still on his lips, and Sanji had almost done the same.

"Wait– What is this? It's really heavy. I can't take it off. What are you guys doing to me?"
Sanji asked, his small hands tugging at the helmet as he stumbled slightly. Tears welled up in his gaze as his gaze snapped between the three soldiers.
The first soldier opened the door to a single cell as the third soldier lightly pushed Sanji through the door, the soft shove enough to make the stumbling boy almost fall as he was unable to resist again the weight and panic.
Sanji clutched the bars, his voice trembling as tears spilled into his pleading voice. "Wait! Please- don't leave me here! I don't want to stay here!"
The soldiers didn't answer or respond, one by one the went up the stairs. Sanji called out after them, reaching through the bars.
"Don't leave me behind! I'm scared! I want my dad! Dad! Please help! They're gonna kill me! Please, I don't want to die!"
