Summary
As preparations for the final battle to stop the threat of the Metal Virus are being done, Whisper is drawn out of her thoughts of saving Tangle when she sees Tails carrying a potted plant around the ship with him. A plant that holds more meaning then Whisper could ever imagine, not just to Tails, but soon to herself as well.
And in the immediate aftermath, the trauma of the virus still lingers for everyone affected by it both directly and indirectly, even for the toughest looking people. And Whisper herself has to do her best to tend not only to that trauma, but also feelings she's beginning to realize for a certain lemur.

A part of Tails has always made him feel like he doesn't belong with other kids so he can't help but wonder why Cream and Charmy love hanging around such a bore like him.
One day at one of their playdates, Tails is having an extra bad day and has no idea how to cope with it so he ends up crying on the floor of the Rabbit's bathroom when he hears a slight knocking on the door.
