Summary
Izuku Midoriya has a quirk that doesn’t fit too neatly into the hero society he lives in.
When survival means running, hiding, fighting, and constantly moving, he just has himself to depend on. Heroics are the last thing on his mind.
He’s not a hero, not yet.
He’s just a survivor, trying to stay unseen in a city full of eyes.
OR
Izuku’s quirk, Slugcat, gives him a window of possibilities.
He might seem like a hopeless vigilante destined to fall, or a future hero-in-the-making. Either way, he’ll have a hard time making it alone. He’s not, although he doesn’t realize it yet.
