"That Lucy is..." Angela left the sentence hanging, making a small circle with her finger for him to fill in the blank.
But Tim only made the exact same circular motion back at her...
Angela groaned dramatically at his stubbornness. "...Pregnant."
"What? Lucy is not pregnant," Tim said, completely shocked that he was having this conversation. "Why the hell would you assume that?"
"Her Boobs!"

When Angela bombards Tim with an outrageous assumption about his wife, Tim shuts her down immediately because, one, she is totally wrong and two, she's severely violating workplace boundaries...But after Angela leaves his office, one tiny, paranoid question lingers in Tim's head: What if she isn't wrong...?
