Summary
Grace is unprepared for the level of love that all of Erid seemed to have for him. It was vaguely terrifying, but also.... nice? To be cared for. To be wanted.
It gets worse when they find out the circumstances of him ending up on the Hail Mary.
When his declining health necessitates a trip back to Earth, he is faced with a planet of Eridians that love him so fiercely and wonderfully that it finally starts to break through his crippling lack of self worth and bloom into something incredible.
And Earth? Earth has to deal with an Erid that is prepared, protective, and most of all, pissed.

미완. 9/11 27장까지. 에리드에서 행복하게 살고 있었지만 심한 협심증으로 죽어가는 그레이스를 살리기 위해 에리드 전체가 노력한다. 에리드가 매우 사랑함. 그레이스가 자는 것을 보는 명예로운(?) 방도 있음.
그레이스는 에리드에서 아주 사랑받기 때문에 그가 죽지 않게 하기 위해 다방면으로 고민하다 지구로 돌려보내기로 하지만 그레이스가 겁에 질려서 자신이 어떻게 타우세티까지 온 것인지 말하게 되고, 에리드인들은 모두 충격을 받고 지구를 혐오하게 된다.
어쨌든 지구에 보내서 심장이식수술을 받는 것만이 유일한 해결책이었기 때문에 결국 지구로 가게 되지만 그레이스는 무기를 싣지 않게 하려고 무진 애를 쓴다. 그리고 계속 지구 트라우마와 협심증 때문에 힘들어하지만 지구로 가는 내내 금요일 밤에는 다같이 즐거운 시간을 보내려고 노력도 한다.
드디어 지구로 교신보내고 지구가 수신한다. -

“What are you talking about?” Grace's fingers played quick chords as he spoke. He didn’t even look as he did it, but it did not make them any less purposeful.
“Discussing possible reasons why Tau Ceti is not infected while other stars are,” Eva replied deftly. “I would invite you to join, but we were just finishing—”
“Oh, that’s easy.” His hand twisted a knob, and the notes came out sharper. “It is infected—Petrova Line and everything.”
In Grace's opinion, dreaming about time traveling is no excuse for getting out of practice with his Eridian. To the rest of the Petrova Taskforce, it seems a bit odd that their resident Astrophage expert has suddenly taken to carrying a keyboard around and playing it whenever he speaks. Eva Stratt resolves to figure out what is going on.

Summary
While on the journey to Erid, Grace and Rocky encounter, not their greatest challenge, but certainly their weirdest challenge yet. The anomalous trope field is a region of space where different tropes occur, resulting in shenanigans, Grace falling down a lot, and a few realization (from two idiots who may or may not have been in love the whole time).
