Summary
It’s summer once more in Kensington Gardens.
The white marble statue of an Angel, half hidden under a canopy of trees, is content enough with his life, his animal friends in the park, the here and now.
Until an unusual Black Nightingale lands on his left wing and sings to him stories of woe, of mystery, of a dear friend lost, of his quest to find the love of his life again.
Every summer, the Nightingale, who remembers only fragments of what really happened to himself and his long-lost soulmate, revisits the Marble Angel, having gathered more hints and ✨Clues✨ to help his quest. The Angel’s marble heart melts with empathy for him, and with other feelings that seem new - but are they?

This is a romantic fairytale, inspired by Oscar Wilde’s ‘The Happy Prince’, retelling Good Omens in symbolic language.

The concept of purity in conjunction with Aziraphale in most contexts frankly laughable, has been for millennia, but he looks the part and Crowley lives with the quietly simmering urge to taint every single angelic item he's ever owned like a demonic red sock in a washing machine full of white linens. And perhaps there's something to that in what’s happening for both of them here; the irascible grime of what he is that he'll never quite shake off.The fact Aziraphale wants him anyway.
(I don’t even know how to tag this. It’s basically a kink wreck-the-dress party for Aziraphale’s Bastille outfit.) -
