    Summary

Tamsy glanced up at him, eyes dark and unreadable. “Relax,” he said quietly. “Just…trust me.”

    And Enjin did.
And it felt like stepping off a ledge he’d spent his whole life circling---no wings, no guarantees, just the strange certainty that he wouldn’t be alone on his way down.

Aka, Enjin is down bad for his angelic coworker and finally asks him out on a date…

    Summary

Zanka is a sadist. He admits it begrudgingly. He hates it. But what he hates even more… is the question looping around his skull: Would this have existed without Jabber? Or did Jabber shape him just enough for it to finally break the surface?

And that thought—that possibility—is almost more terrifying than all the humiliations he’s already endured.

    Jabber really did break him.
