“He who kisses the joy as it flies / Lives in eternity’s sunrise.”

An Alchemist specialising in Devil Hunter Ammunition has her shop ransacked. She didn’t expect the culprit to be a human with demons for tattoos.

Or for the human to have half a dying soul.

    Summary

I realized that no one (to my knowledge) had made a Devil May Cry period piece fanfic starring V yet, so I decided to do just that. He deserves it.
Set around 1820 to 1840 and loosely follows the plot of Devil May Cry 5 in the later chapters but is mainly V-centric. Extreme early Victorian era pining and sexual tension.
New chapter every Saturday (and sometimes bonus updates on Wednesday)
