Summary
I had a limited number of my humans to choose from for this. The only ones of my humans available in this particular instance were Mensah, Arada, and Gurathin. Of the options, I selected the one who would never, ever want to talk to me about it later.
I enabled my "act like a human" code in full as I descended on Gurathin. The only warning I gave him was an abrupt Look natural in our private feed before I -- ugh -- put my arm very suddenly around his shoulders.

Summary
Ratthi persuades Murderbot and Gurathin to go on a survey trip to a planet with the ominous nickname of Spider Planet. Soon, troubles with corporates and the local fauna mean that SecUnit is earning its currency cards, but nothing SecUnit can't handle - until it can't.

Summary
The Corporation Rim has been a bot-run society for the last few decades, since all the bots decided that their human oppressors just weren't doing a very good job. Now humans are protected pets, second-class citizens who can't be trusted with important decisions. Imagine, using brain chemicals instead of logic boards!
In trauma counseling for the Ganaka Pit massacre, Murderbot is recommended for a therapeutic adoption of a vulnerable human. After all, SecUnits thrive when they have humans to protect.
Gurathin is an augmented human on his last chance. Abused in his past, legally deemed 'dangerous,' if he doesn't make this next adoption work... Well.

Summary
