    Fact of the matter is, Ochako already has a crush. A face-flushing, heart-palpitating, fire-her-into-the-sun crush, made all the more stupid for it being on a co-worker. Not that they work in the same part of the agency. She just catches glimpses of him sometimes, usually with a stack of papers thrice as high as it should be, or sometimes with the steam from a coffee cup fogging up his glasses.

    Ochako meets Izuku while working as a sidekick for All Might's agency. Things heat up from there.
