Summary
Hogwarts loved all of her children from the moment they walked into her walls. She saw them all as her responsibility. After all, she had been created for the sole purpose of protecting her babies. Her love, however, did not stop her beloved charges from dying. The hard truth of it was that not every child was loved. Not every child was cherished. And when one of her older children, Albus, had taken the helm of her school, too many others had paid the price, for he was willfully blind to any pain her babies were enduring.
She watched as Albus ignored and systematically decimated any hope left in the eyes of her babies. All that came to an end when a waif of a child walked through her doors.

Harry’s home life? Not great. His pleas for help having gone unheard forced him to keep things hidden. If only he knew that Hogwarts and an old Barmy phoenix were going to destroy the world to save him.

Summary
“Alright, what would you like then, I doubt I can offer you anything you could not get yourself.” Harry said, feeling slightly more alive the longer their banter proceeded. It was an invigorating conversation that felt like they were flirting and bartering all in one go.
“Think, Potter, what have you never given anyone before that you could give me?” Zabini teased.
Harry burst into an incredulous laughter. “Alright, I want you to kill my relatives, Petunia, Vernon and Dudley Dursley, they live in Surrey, Privet Drive number four, for that I will offer you my first kiss.” Harry mocked, equally aware of the outrageous demand on his side and the preposterousness of a Slytherin wanting something like a kiss from him of all people.
Zabini looked momentarily shocked before he too burst into a booming laughter that made Harry’s stomach swirl with unbidden emotion. “Deal.”

Blaise and Harry make a deal, Harry doesn’t think Blaise is serious in his offer, but Blaise is determined to prove him wrong, therefore Harry must pay the price - except Harry discovers that kissing Blaise might not be all that bad. -
