Summary
Written for hoodie_time's h/c comment meme #6, in response to this prompt: Sam and Dean are having a huge fight. Words are said, Sam gets really mad and wants to shove his brother but suddenly his powers sparkle up (telekinesis or maybe unnatural strength, like Jake's). The consequences are tragic. Dean sustains life-changing injury, something huge and permanent. Sam has to deal with his guilt, Dean with his injury and John with them both.

Summary
One of Sam's 'greatest hits' in heaven was his two-week vacation from his family in Flagstaff. According to Dean, there were some consequences "when Dad came home" that Sam had no idea about. This is my take on those events. (mean!John - he's on a roller-coaster ride, folks. Loving and horrible.)

Summary
Pre-series. 11 year-old Sam is feeling adrift when faced once again with the prospect of moving to a new town to start all over again. When a messenger of God appears in a dream, Sam prays that his family will stay put so they can be safe and normal. It's a case of "be careful what you wish for." Very sick!Dean.

Summary
Once upon a time, there was a green-eyed prince, locked away in a tower of monsters for the sin of refusing his angelic betrothed.
Once upon a time, there was a blue-eyed wizard who had erred, and in doing so had lost, and lost, and lost, until he had little left to lose.
Once upon a time, there was a Princess of Mondoor, cursed to live as a red dragon. Or perhaps she was a red dragon who had been born in the shape of a Princess of Mondoor. Hard to say.
These were all separate stories.
Until they weren’t.

Summary
"It’s not like Castiel had planned to end up in this situation. It was cliched, and therefore boring. Expected. It reeked of a typical alpha midlife crisis — a desperate act made entirely out of foolish decisions and ego. But Castiel had had a rough week."
-
Or: Castiel begins an ill-advised relationship with one of his students and he's not the only one impacted by this choice.

Amazing series. Not your typical A/B/O universe and the world-building is truly fantastic.

Summary
Dean’s a Sentinel who is perfectly fine not having a Guide, no matter what Sam says. But when he meets Sam’s friend Castiel, he discovers not only a compatible Guide but a friend he’s desperate to keep.
Dean needs to make it through his Ph.D. in one piece, and that means keeping a lid on his Sentinel abilities that threaten to run wild unless he keeps them under control. Dean’s methods of control are dubious at best, but Castiel is compelled to use his own skills as a Guide to help Dean deal with his abilities, even if Dean doesn’t think he deserves the help.
