Once the first shock disappears, Hitoshi scrambles at Katsuki's back, trying to keep him there, trying to keep those teeth in his skin at all costs, trying to get him to bite down again, to bite down harder, but Katsuki eventually detaches himself and licks the—hopefully prominent—bite mark instead.
Hitoshi makes a very unintelligible sound when Katsuki adds just a hint of teeth at the end and there's something he needs, something writhing under his skin, something Hitoshi normally keeps such a tight grasp on but Katsuki's dick feels so good and it's all just shy of too much, except for how it's not, it's just not enough, and Hitoshi presses his eyes shut as he lets out another moan.
