Leon’s mind flashed back to a conversation he and Chris had in passing a couple of days earlier, speculating about who might be the better shot between the two of them. Chris had several marksman awards hanging on the wall next to his desk, but Leon had been top of his class in everything including firearms.
They’d bantered back and forth, and when the talk expanded from handguns and shotguns to rifles, Leon had admitted that he didn’t know much about long-range weapons.
That was when Chris had said I can teach you, and Leon’s brain had melted a little bit in his head.

Chris twirls his pen between his fingers and he sighs again. “You know I don’t care about that. I’ll meet him soon enough.”
Jill puts her hands on his desk and leans over it to get in his personal space. Her smile is mischievous and positively gleeful.
“Even when he’s exactly your type?” she whispers with amusement.
“I don’t have a type,” Chris argues, even though he knows that they both know he does.
As if on cue, Jill leans back and begins counting on her fingers as she speaks; “Really? Soft blonde hair, delicate features, big innocent baby blue doe eyes, a sweet smile…”
Chris can’t help imagining what the rookie must look like from Jill’s description, and damn if that doesn’t make for a pretty picture.

In 1977, Chris Redfield was exposed to an experimental Umbrella pathogen that turned him into a creature of myth. In 1999, he's living in Raccoon City, a Police Lieutenant in the prestigious STARS program, and assigned to train a rookie with a penchant for the occult and a loud mouth.

很伟大的作品但我不打算看完了…除非哪天给自己找不痛快想找点虐的……看到22章没敢看后面的hurt（还是whump）情节……
克昂情感拉扯写的特别好（这个克咋还是回避型），但总觉得威昂互动多到应该打tag的地步，有点膈应🫠但真的写太好了才会有这种感觉…算了无所谓杂食无所畏惧！居然get到了一点willsker的磕点，好神奇
