The sun shone through the clouds, engulfing Oakhurst with its light and warmth. And with its rays, it also welcomed a force that had been decimated two hundred years ago, humans. None of them really knew how they all came to find themselves at the same place at the same time, as though they were meant to meet. The start to a new beginning.
Twelve humans walked once more on the paths that led to Oakhurst.

A rewriting of vampires smp that canon diverges around episode.. 1! Hah! What if Avid had concrete proof of Scott’s inhumanism ? Well that’s practically what this fic’s about and how it goes from that very point. Oh and also, Avid’s got to face his demons.. Literally.

Summary
Wind blew gently in the abandoned place. Well, he supposed it was abandoned. He hadn’t heard any voices nor footsteps for a very long time. Only the rare flickers of dead leaves and the cracks of broken wood replaced the never ending silence. It has been a while since he had seen the hill, so he wasn’t sure if his idea of the place was correct. Though he could feel the dry, withering grass on the ground.
How long had he been imprisoned there ? He remembered the flowers that once grew where now death had found a home. But in this jail, he was unable to discern time or.. Anything at all. He was barely aware of the fainted moonlight that brushed over his stature. His thoughts were mere shells of whispers. He felt completely numb to everything all at once, as if he were made of stone.
Until he wasn’t anymore.

Summary
