Summary
Everyone in Ohkay City knew the basic story that was put out into the news; a bomb was set by Petey, The World's Most Evilest Cat, Officer Knight and his dog Greg were blown up, and Greg's head was sewn onto Knight's body to create Dogman. But no one in Ohkay City knew the pain Greg went through to be united with friend from the neck down. No one knew the things he had been subjected to. And that's how Greg wants it to be. No one can know about that shame. No one at all.
Across Ohkay City in a dilapidated apartment building, Petey is desperately trying to figure out what could have possibly happened to Lil Petey. Petey had just been out of his apartment for a little bit. Where in the world was his son? Deciding that freaking out isn't an option, he calls the police department to report his son missing and packs up to get help from the only person he could trust with a problem this terrifying.
Two sad beings in a world of hatred and ruin find love and acceptance in each other and begin a life neither of them thought they would ever have while finding the child that brought them together.

Summary
Sunset Shimmer, Starlight Glimmer, and an OC of mine, Ocean Mist, have been friends with the Mane Six for quite a while. Ocean, at first, was very closed-off from everypony, while Starlight ran a cult based on no individuality, and Sunset wanted to overthrow Celestia. But they all needed help. Starlight believed cutie marks took her friends away from her. Sunset was neglected by her mentor. Ocean was Rarity's ex-partner. So, naturally, Twilight wanted to get them on the right track. And she's so glad she did, because they proved to have a lot of wisdom in friendship. Being part empath, Ocean follows a very noble policy. "Feel however you feel," they say. Twilight crowned the three ponies as the next Prince and Princesses of Equestria after they saved Stygian when everyone else wanted to imprison him without a second thought. The next morning, just days before their coronation, Starlight and Sunset are eager to start her Princess duties. Ocean, however, isn't acting the same anymore. They are clearly upset about something, but they get defensive whenever Twilight asks why. Almost as if they're trying to be closed off again.
This story is essentially my take on how difficult it is to be a Princess of Equestria.Bookmarked by ObsidianEldritch
