    the prose in this is excellent. the rare second-person POV is the deep dive into Dia's head that she's rarely granted. suspense and horror elements are included tastefully, enough to make me catch my breath at several points. dia suffers for three chapters straight.

    ...really, what did we do to deserve something this good? :/
