Summary
After a magical mishap with a peculiar kind of killing curse lands Ellie in a very concussed, very mortal body, she winds up at Gotham General with no identity to speak of. Sure, she could give them her whole life story but why should she? Really they just oughta let her go and be on her merry way.
When a DNA test reveals a certain surprise parentage however, Ellie’s stuck in the care of a brooding Gotham billionaire for the foreseeable future. Hijinks ensue.

Summary
As far as I was able to find no one had ever written anything for this pairing and I thought that was a bloody shame.
The first parts are written with a late-teenaged Alex in mind. 'Shadows' is written for a mid-twenties Alex.

He peered into the shadows. The shadows seemed to peer back and he started to place the presence.
“Dan?” his voice cracked out barely above a whisper. His breaths short and shaky. Eyes gleamed out of the darkness, a deep green swirling glow. The shadows bent and gathered, then collapsed in on themselves in a white light and Danny found himself staring up into the face of his older, and somehow still living, self.
Danny's secret had been found out, and it did not go over well.
Now Amity Park is swarmed with GIW agents all out for Danny's blood.
Cornered in an ally with nowhere to run and no options left, Danny gets some help from the last place he would expect. His evil future self.Or

The first time Danny saw Batman, he was elbow-deep inside a broken laundromat dryer.
This was not how he had imagined meeting Batman.
Not that Danny had spent a great deal of time imagining it. He had been in Gotham for exactly nine days, and most of those days had been occupied by more immediate concerns, such as finding food, avoiding police officers, figuring out which gargoyles were decorative and which ones had cameras hidden in their mouths, and trying not to sleep anywhere that smelled strongly of chemicals.
Gotham had a surprising number of places that smelled strongly of chemicals.
It also had Batman.
Everyone knew Gotham had Batman. Danny had known that before he arrived. Batman was one of those facts people carried around without really thinking about it, like Antarctica being cold or school cafeterias serving pizza that technically qualified as an object but not necessarily as food.
Batman lived in Gotham.
Batman punched criminals.
Batman brooded.
Batman had probably never once in his life been elbow-deep in a broken laundromat dryer.
Danny was beginning to suspect this was a serious oversight in Batman’s education.
