Yonghoon laughs again, and Hyungu briefly wonders if he’s normally so easily amused.
“You looked so bored, though. I could see it from across the table.”
Hyungu wants to pinch himself or shake his head to make sure it’s real. Jin Yonghoon, the cool guy from his class who he barely talked to and who never acknowledged Hyungu’s existence outside of class; That Yonghoon has been watching him tonight. Hyungu thinks of all the staring he has been doing throughout the semester, and feels hot all over. He doesn’t say anything.

Or: Hyungu's first ever university party ends up being incredibly lame. He is bored, sexiled from his room, and not even properly drunk. The night gets better, though.

Summary
His time with Barth was like witnessing the solar eclipse. It was beautiful and powerful, like a testament of God’s divinity over its creations. For a few moments, the entire world narrows down to the ring of shadow cast over the Earth. Temperatures change, circadian rhythms are disrupted, radio signals interrupted from the ionosphere. Despite its impact, it was only ever meant to be fleeting.
Would God forgive him, despite his failed efforts to fight the unrighteous desires within him? If he is worthy of forgiveness and redemption, of the chance to enter the gates of Heaven with his parents. He was thrown back down to the bottom of the staircase, floundering around to find his way back. Now, he was the Lost One.
