Summary
“Look, this was very nice and intimidating, but I’m not interested in playing house with Lex," he says firmly, agitated that apparently, he's still a chew toy being tugged between two grown men with their own issues.
“No one’s asking you to," Lena shrugs. "But what my brother does want you to do is to attend the birthday celebration he’s planning for you. You’re turning 20. It’s a big deal.” From her purse next to her, she produces a golden envelope. "The party's in a few weeks at the Capitale downtown. Invite whoever you want. All you have to do is show up. Bring your beau. It’ll be fun."-or-
Kon’s birthday party has a few too many familiar guests.

Summary
Liam eases into the hallway, looking out at the row of cubicles and the humans standing frozen inside them. Trisha has her phone half raised to her ear, wide eyes fixed on the elevator.
Oh, Liam realizes, sure his eyes are just as wide as he stares at the naked figure standing in front of the elevator doors. It’s not an intruder. It’s the werewolf, with the human with the briefcase a couple steps behind him.
The werewolf’s nostrils flare as he takes in the room. His thick, heavy cock twitches as the werewolf breathes in.
Then his eyes lock directly onto Liam.
Werewolf settlements have very specific laws about what werewolves can claim from humans, as a newcomer to town learns first hand.

Summary
The first two nights, Harry sleeps like the dead— or, well, maybe that's not the best comparison, given the number of inferi attacks reported lately.
He sleeps like a log. Like a dead log. An un-re-animated dead log. From an everyday, inanimate, non-whomping tree.
After that, Harry wakes up screaming more nights than not, and he even cries on the bad ones, which makes James cry too. In this regard, James reckons that his first week of parenting a full-grown teenage adult bears an awful lot of resemblance to parenting a newborn baby. He feels both blessed and terrifyingly out of his depth.
