Summary
Tony's world crumbles around him when Pepper dumps him, Steve rallies the other Avengers against him and dips off of the face of the planet, and Rhodey stops answering his calls after everything that went down in Germany. He doesn't expect all of this to change when he discovers a super-powered teenage boy in the basement of a HYDRA camp in rural Poland, but it could be a lot worse.
Things get complicated when Tony starts to care about the kid more than he ever intended to.

"You don't know what I am."
The words tumble out faster than Peter intends, almost reflexively. As soon as he hears them resonate between them, he feels an unpleasant pang in his chest. Bitterness, anger, hopelessness.
He can taste his own misery like salt in the air.
"You're right, I don't know you." Steve admits with exasperating calm, taking a step forward. "But I know Tony brought you here. I know how he operates. He filled your head with speeches about law and order so you'd fight his battle. But this is not your fight, son."
Peter almost laughs.
Or: BDN!Peter ends up stranded in the past, during the airport fight. He kicks Team Cap's ass.

So I can no longer ignore it, though it pains me deeply. Trust me. Because those shorts are way too short on you and now I have to look at my kid wearing glitter on his ass cheeks.”
“How did you hear about my black eye? It faded after, like, an hour.”
“Okay, ‘hear’ might be an… imprecise word. Karen told me. Obviously.”

Summary
Tony Stark has been through the wringer after the mess with the Accords, and getting used to Captain Perfect and his parent-killing boy toy moving into his tower (not that he holds a grudge or anything). On top of that, Fury and the Capsicle are obsessed with some 20 something webslinging-vigilante from Queens, and are insisting that he help in bringing the kid in.
16-year-old Peter Parker has been living on the streets since he ran away from his foster home after beating up his abusive foster dad. He’s also Spider-Man, and after losing everyone he's ever cared about, is doing what he needs to survive as a traumatized teenage superhero in NYC. Meanwhile, his idol Tony Stark and his gang of superheroes keep trying to kidnap him, not knowing they are attacking a 16-year-old kid. -
