Summary
Cold. Dark. Wet. Arthur hung in that dank cellar for three days, turning from prideful to panicked to down-right pathetic. Rotting, alone and for one of the few times in his life, completely and utterly terrified.
“His shoulder pulsed and oozed, lines of purple and yellow reaching across his arms like spiderwebs. He has started to get more feverish, illness making his mind delirious. Thoughts shoot off like buckshots, cycling through a million contradictory feelings. He's never wanted to live so badly. He's never wanted to die so badly. The delirium is a crutch of sorts though, acting as a catalyst for his derealization. Delusional and numb, he stares forward blankly. The sickness in his mind is crafting daydreams of fishing trips and long adventures on horseback. Visions of a setting sun over the pond at Clemens Point, his family laughing and drunkenly singing songs by a campfire.”

Summary
Hal Jordan was dying long before a mission went wrong and his heart finally gave out.
He was dying when he signed the divorce papers. Dying without making it anyone else’s problem.
No one Noticed.
Not Bruce. Not Clark. Not the Justice League. And Hal was fine with that because twenty months ago he signed away the right to have anyone worry about him.
He would have kept it that way, too If he hadn’t burned himself out saving the world. If he hadn’t collapsed hard enough that everyone finally had to look.
Now Bruce and Clark are hovering like they never spent nearly two years avoiding him. Acting like this is their burden to carry, like they didn’t already decide, once, that letting him go was easier than staying.
Hal doesn’t understand it. There’s no cure. If Oa hasn’t found one, there’s no point in pretending otherwise. He’s made peace with dying.
Bruce and Clark haven’t.
They refuse to give up on him the way they gave up on the marriage. And that more than the poison in his blood or the ache in his chest is what hurts the most.
Because Hal is still in love with them. And loving them while they fight to save him might be the one thing he can’t survive.

Summary
Over 30 years ago, omnics and the supernatural creatures of the world teamed up to wage war on humans. As humanity teetered on the edge, a strike team was formed. At its head, two survivors of a soldier enhancement experiment. The strike team soon blossomed into an organization of skilled hunters and soldiers. This organization would come to be known as Overwatch. Through their efforts, the omnic threat was neutralized and supernatural creatures retreated back into the shadows.
As time went on, the organization began to crumble under the wake of its infighting, and infiltrations from other organizations looking to bring Overwatch to its knees. Finally, with allegations of innocent deaths and infringement on sovereign rights hanging over its head, Overwatch was disbanded. In its wake, other organizations rose in the name of keeping the world "safe". The worst among these is Talon, who creates chaos to profit on it.
When attacks begin to surge worldwide, Winston calls Overwatch back into action and the battle begins anew to finally put an end to Talon, once and for all.

Summary
Arthur always considered himself faithful. Faithful to the gang. Faithful to Dutch. He would lay down his own life for anyone of his family.
Which is why Arthur did not question Dutch's judgement to march into Angelo Bronte's household demanding Jack back. It was a stupid idea. One that would have gotten them all slaughter if Bronte had not looked at Arthur and saw something. Something he liked. Arthur didn't know why such a powerful crime lord like Bronte would want him of all people. All that mattered was getting Jack home to his momma, even if the Italian crime boss wanted something more from Arthur.
A twist on the chapter 4 mission, Angelo Bronte: A Man of Honor.
