    Summary

Four romances. One lodging house. Absolutely zero emotional stability.

The Newsies have papers to sell, cops to avoid, and—apparently—feelings to deal with.

Race and Spot have spent years trying to outdo each other, which would be considerably less suspicious if they weren’t also becoming best friends in the process. Jack Kelly is sunshine in a human body, Davey Jacobs is deeply unimpressed by this, and somehow they work perfectly together. Elmer would like everyone to know that Crutchie is not a burden, thank you very much, and he intends to prove it with approximately seventeen hugs and several threats. Meanwhile, Blink and Mush have agreed to fake-date for entirely practical reasons.

Obviously, this will remain completely fake.

    Probably.

There will be rain. There will be newspapers. There will be questionable decisions. There will be enough emotional damage to make the Pulitzer Prize reconsider its life choices.

    Come for the Newsies.

    Stay for the found family.

    And perhaps bring tissues.

    You have been warned.
