This one had my heart aching. 4,000 words and I had to sit and stare off for a few moments after devouring them. Every author I read from this fandom has been able to articulate the deeper and darker parts of the human experience, and it has given me the deepest comfort to feel connected to this community. This one I should come back to when the world becomes too loud.
