They end up talking and he quickly discovers that she is no blushing maid but a seasoned warrior, even though, he guesses, she is a few years younger than him. He doesn't tell her that he is a Jedi. That isn't quite a popular occupation on Mandalore.
"So will you finally tell me? What is a human like you, doing in a bar like this?"
