I understand that other planets do not have the same society and culture as us but even then, for any normal species he is in terrible condition even by your standards. Here is the situation, if you are not willing or able to care for Anakin he will be assigned a Caregiver who can properly give him what he needs. But if you are up to the task we will have you go through training. We will not sit by and do nothing as a baby such as Anakin is mistreated.”
“I want to be Anakin’s Caregiver. I’ll do whatever it takes to help him.” Because it’s true. Obi-Wan would do just about anything for Anakin, and if it means caring for him while they are here, then Obi-Wan is up to the task.

Summary
Once more, Clone Force 99 is thrown into an adventure entirely unrelated to their current objective. When their ship crashes on Tatooine, they are about to discover to whom they now owe their lives. The more pressing issue, however, is that they now have to somehow deal with an infant of an unknown species and find adequate help repairing their ship in the middle of nowhere. Omega and Wrecker are delighted, Hunter has a headache, Crosshair does not care, Tech is distracted by adding another entry to his datapad's creature base, and Echo just wants to strangle them all.

Summary
The plan is simple: seduce Obi-wan.
He's not exactly unfamiliar with flirting, has had time to practice his skills under the unacknowledged tutelage of The Negotiator himself. Obi-wan flirts like he breathes, and Anakin is an observant person when he wants to be. He knows the best way to plant that first seed is to approach with subtlety, like the first circling of an opponent during a spar, testing the other person's response to what's already been observed and finding the weak spots in their defences.
Or: Anakin figures out that Obi-wan is a vampire. The knowledge makes him a little crazy.
