Summary
After Sonic's friends head out on their own solo-journeys and Dr. Eggman decides to retire, Sonic struggles to find a new purpose in his life during these times of peace and loneliness. Desperate for distractions, he starts seeking out thrill and getting into one mess after another until he eventually ends up back on Starfall Islands while stalking a shady group of "treasure hunters". Due to a series of unforseen events, the whole group gets involved in a major explosion, with Sonic becoming it's sole survivor.
The hero once again has to deal with being injected with Dark Gaia - while the last time it happened, the evil energy was unable to breach his mental defenses - but a fragile state of mind and years worth of unresolved issues which have all built up ever since then make this an entirely different case.
The weight of the past will eventually catch up even to the fastest thing alive.

Summary
When Sonic wakes up in the Wild West, thrust into another storybook world against his will, he is told that he is the Sheriff of a small desert town experiencing a severe drought. Their well has inexplicably dried up in what can only be foul play, and Sonic’s ticket back home is to locate the water stolen from the settlement, return it to the townspeople, and bring the thief to justice.
All fingers point towards the Outlaw, a sinister figure resembling Shadow, as the culprit. However, as Sonic unravels the tricky mystery that is the stolen water in the desert, he soon realizes that there is something strange about the Outlaw, something that reminds him of Shadow more than just their shared superficial appearance….

Summary
Kay Faraday whips off her old gray overcoat, tossing it at Sebastian (who it hits in the face) and storms toward the car. She rolls up the sleeves of her button-down shirt and cracks her knuckles like she’s about to get into a fight, and then Apollo can really only stand there and watch as she practically tears the car door off its hinges, bodily yanking one Klavier Gavin by his ankles right out of the backseat. He falls on his ass on Apollo’s front lawn, and Apollo very nearly turns on his heel to walk right back into his house then and there because now is the perfect time to realize that not only is he wielding a sparkly pink baseball bat from Walmart, he is still very much wearing that Gavinner’s t-shirt that Trucy bought him for his birthday.
in which Apollo really just wants to have a pleasant morning off, but fate has decided to drop Klavier Gavin (and his dog) at his doorstep for an indeterminate amount of time, or, a very smitten Klavier Gavin has a stalker and needs a place to hide, and that place is a very oblivious Apollo's.

Summary
After all they've been through, it's strange that something so important could be so simple, but for Miles and Phoenix, falling in love, at least, doesn't have to be the end of the world.
Some stress relief fluff that I wrote purely to cheer myself up - there is literally negative plot but there is a lot of lawyers falling into the bright and bitter kind of love that can only come from a lifetime of belligerent teamwork.
(The anxiety tag just refers to Edgeworth's reaction to earthquakes and mentions of a psychologist, btw)
