“Well, officially, I’d been wandering around the streets and causing a ruckus, so Shield took me in. They’d called you in to help with my memory, and you’d been studying here yesterday to prepare.”
Well, that seemed about right, yet something was off. Hermione narrowed her gaze at him, and he seemed to grin wider at her glare. “And what about unofficially?”
“Well, I do seem to remember something about being a brainwashed Hydra assassin with a metal arm three days ago.”
