    Summary

“1864 times, Kim Dokja. That is how long it took for me to realize what truly had to be done.”

Kim Dokja tried to step back. He tried to run away, to escape the stench of blood filling his senses and the bodies of his friends that lay dead on the ground.

“So, you’ll have to forgive me for being impatient.”

OR: Kim Dokja is in every one of Yoo Joonghyuk's regression rounds, from the 3rd to the last. Just how does that change things?

How do you move forward when the world's ended?

How do you pick up the pieces of a broken soul?

A tree, once it crumbles to ash, will never again be a tree.

(But sometimes, in the ashes, there is a seed. And with enough patience and enough care,
Does it really matter if it doesn't grow into the exact same tree?)

    Sequel to The Lion's Den

    Summary

When Midoriya Izuku is younger, he’s assigned a pen pal to exchange letters with for a year. Instead, his pen pal continues to follow him through his years of middle school and all the way to his time at U.A. in the form of emails. His pen pal may be a bit blunt sometimes, but overall, he's a nice and completely normal person.

Aizawa Shouta has only ever followed along with his pen pal's troublesome adventures first through his handwritten letters, then through his emails. Nothing has changed when he discovers that his pen pal is going to be one of his students in the upcoming school year. Nothing has changed.

Or so he keeps telling himself.
