Summary
A tale as old as time...
Belle had lived his life ashamed of the birthmark that scarred him. He found comfort in books and his garden, content with remaining out of sight. But when his father's trip to visit an old friend ends with a dangerous bargain with a Beast...Belle's world is about to be turned upside down.
Cassius had lived his whole life surrounded in beauty and wealth. But when an ill-fated encounter left him with a body he did not recognize, he shut himself away. He knew that his curse had a remedy, but where would he find true love, looking as he did? All he could do was wait for time to run out, and he'd be freed from the curse, one way or another. What he wasn't counting on was the soft, beautiful boy with a love for roses and books to end up sharing his self-inflicted prison.
Together, Belle and Cas discover how beautiful friendship can be...but will it be enough to break Cas's curse?

Summary
There should have been nothing. Just the vast, silent oblivion she'd always rationally assumed awaited. Instead, there was… pulling. A cosmic current, vast and ancient, tugging at the very fiber of her being. It was like a million invisible threads, each one resonating with a note of sorrow, of loss, of a world quietly fraying at the edges.
She drifted in this inexplicable void, a soul unmoored, until a whisper reached her—not a sound, but a knowing. It was the Mother, a consciousness older than stars, her essence interwoven with the fabric of all realms, both seen and unseen. The Mother had witnessed the quiet suffering, the slow, creeping decay of a family's spirit, the desperate hunger of a world losing its connection to the ancient whispers. And the Mother saw her. Amara, with her pragmatic mind, her inherent empathy, her two lives of accumulated knowledge and resilience, and, crucially, her fierce, protective heart.
“A thread unravels,” the Mother’s silent voice resonated, a symphony of starlight and deep earth. “A tapestry fades. There is a need for quiet hands, for a balm against the bitterness. A voice for the unheard, a bridge between what is and what was.”
