Summary
The Feywild is a big place, and Astarion is far from the only mortal that's been whisked away. This is the tale of how Mirenne, a warlock pacted with an archfey, investigates a string of disappearing warlocks and pixies and stumbles across a devoted, possessive archfey and his prickly consort. Her own archfey soulmate is not particularly pleased to hear she'd put herself in such a situation.

Summary
Aymeric’s face turns white. ‘I had heard… stories but I always thought they were hearsay. Tales to scare children.’
Estinien laughs weakly, because he’s seen twenty seven summers and he’s fucking terrified. Aymeric’s jaw sets.
‘Well. ‘Tis a good thing I don’t scare so easily.'
(or: the ritual of choosing the vessel for the new Azure Dragoon is all fun and games until wings burst from your back and aeons-old monsters speak from your lips)

!! Endwalker 6.0 Spoilers !!
Nay, he should not have come, not when other, more pressing concerns lie unresolved elsewhere. Yet–
Yet the thought of Aymeric, alone on such a day– the thought of him smiling in that infuriatingly placid way of his and burying himself in his work into the late hours of the night, eyes dimming in barely-hidden disappointment as another holiday passes by uncelebrated, ignored out of duty and obligation when he knows how much he adores indulging in such silly traditions–
He found the thought to be– unbearable. Nigh unthinkable.
I've gone soft, he thinks with a grimace, yet finds he cannot regret his impromptu decision to teleport here, now with the sight of Aymeric mere fulms away, almost within reach. Aymeric deserves every onze of happiness this star has to offer, and if he might bring him some small amount of relief from his burdens, he will do so gladly.

“Because of that head injury,” Sanson said, staring at the clouds they were passing, “I have…a hard time remembering things. Big details are fine but it’s little things. It’s like they slide right off my brain, no matter how hard I’m trying to hold on to them.”
Following a concussion during a Twin Adder mission, Sanson's short-term memory is not what it use to be. But he's figured out how to live with it – he keeps a journal to ensure he doesn't forget anything important.
