Summary
During all of the twenty one years of his life, Yuuji never really cared about the fact that he was an Omega.
When most people meet him, they expected him to be an Alpha. His build, his height, the way he carried himself at first glance made it seem impossible for them to think anything else, especially with his scent hidden under carefully applied scent patches and copious scenting from packmates. Even after getting to know him, they thought he should have been an Alpha: his grandfather and parents were Alphas, as was his older brother and cousins, so his mannerisms tend to lean that way as a result. He honestly used to find it funny.
But then his heats started, and that’s when he really began to consider his designation a burden.

Summary
Bonded omegas without an alpha are rare, but that is exactly what Alastor and Vox have been for decades. They would rather not change it, as they are very happy together with their contentious public relationship but comfortable private one. That all changes when Alastor is forced to take a seven year sabbatical, and when he comes back he is thrust into this silly little hotel and almost loses his life for it. Not only that, but an annoying short king has taken up residence, and when that heavenly being heals the wound he sustained from his fight with Adam, hormones kick in, as well as a long delayed heat. Vox rushes to help, as he always has, but Alastor's heat triggers his own, and what do omega need the most to assist? That's right: an alpha. Thankfully, Lucifer Morningstar is up to the task, and wouldn't you know it? He can shapeshift. It's a good thing Sinners can't get pregnant, right?

Summary
Lucifer comforts a pained, sickly Alastor dealing with the side effects of his hormone suppressants. Though he loathes the feeling of needing an alpha, Alastor nonetheless is soothed by his company, and decides to keep spending time with him. Ultimately, this leads to Alastor offering a deal. He'll go completely off his suppressants, but Lucifer needs to help him through his next heat. If he enjoys it, he'll keep letting Lucifer help him. If he hates it, he'll go back to using suppressants to keep other alphas away from him, and he'll simply keep relieving the pain through cuddling and scenting. Lucifer agrees, and thus begins an unexpected but heartfelt relationship.

“You…uh…” Whatever he was going to ask died in his throat as Alastor turned his head to nuzzle his palm.
Lucifer’s brain may have short circuited at that while other parts of him abruptly came online.
Alastor blinked, some of the newfound haziness leaving his eyes as he turned back to face him. He continued to lean into his touch. “You were saying?”
Oh, fuck, how had Lucifer never noticed how hot his voice was before?
“Uh…”
Husk started making frantic shooing motions too from where he stood by the doors.
“…you wanna see my rubber duck collection..?”
Alastor blinked. “What.”
Angel dropped his head back into his hands in defeat.

Alastor's rut comes earlier than expected. Lucifer volunteers as tribute. An awkward few days and one existential crisis later, Lucifer might just realize his budding feelings aren't as one-sided as he thought.

Summary
Alastor has had many plans for that day, starting with leading a successful radio broadcast and ending with a few glasses of fine rye in his favorite jazz pub, hidden in a small corner of the entertainment district of Pentagram City.
Standing eye to eye with the King of Hell in person is most certainly not a part of them, just like all that happens afterwards, setting into motion a chain of events bound to change everything , not only regarding his own life but also the very core structure of Hell that has been seemingly set in stone for the past ten thousand years. And the worst thing about it is that he seems not to have even an ounce of control over it. Not when the primal instincts take over.
This story has been written for the radioapple Valentine’s week soulmate edition 2026, in a form of one consistent story, containing the event’s prompts.
Set seventy years before the actual show’s timeline, with an alternative meeting between Lucifer and Alastor.
