Summary

On the other hand, ex-Death Eaters Draco Malfoy, Pansy Parkinson, and Theodore Nott receive probationary sentence by the Ministry to also attend Oxford University, without magic, in exchange for going to Azkaban. They were given cell phones for surveillance purposes whereas our Golden trio got them to stay in touch.
Chaos ensues when the four of them find out that they have been unexpectedly assigned to a single suite as flatmates, obviously to their utmost displeasure.
Find out how the war heroine Hermione Granger survives this unfortunate predicament and figures out life in the Snake Pit. Will she lose her mind, build life-long friendships, or find love? Or will it be all three?

Summary
Out of the three books Hermione Granger is currently reading, her favourite is undoubtedly Agrippan Arithmancy and Its Applications.
… And it’s definitely a book on arithmancy and not a smutty romance novel with a transfigured cover.
Her colleague and cheeky nuisance Draco Malfoy is determined to find out why a book about arithmancy of all things has got her so flustered. A little bit of book espionage later, and things spiral slightly out of control when Draco and Hermione find themselves sucked into the book. The only way out? Achieve the tropes.
Not as simple as it sounds when there's those pesky things called feelings involved.
This is a slow burn, frenemies to lovers fic. It's heavy on dialogue and banter, the angst is occasional and quickly resolved, and it is, of course, packed to the brim with all our favourite tropes.
Come for the tropes, stay for the ogling, the pining, the synonyms and, of course, for Draco's bestie Jim Nasium.

Their inquiry asks whether the dead can testify through portraits. Hermione sees magic no one understands; Draco sees one chance to free Blaise from Azkaban. Between midnight research, Theo’s interference and Draco’s disastrous jealousy, they fall in love.
They leave Hogwarts without each other. Five years later, Draco has one argument left:

Draco Malfoy and Hermione Granger somehow managed being eighth year dormmates at Hogwarts without killing each other. Despite his prickly ways, there'd even been a few moments when Hermione thought there might be something between them.
So when a paperwork mix-up meant they'll be flatmates at Oxford University, Hermione assumes it won't be so bad.
But something is off at Oxford, and she can't quite put her finger on it. Draco is acting odd, and so is everyone else.
There's definitely one important lesson she's learned at university: everyone should give a fuck about an Oxford comma.
