Summary
Sakura wasn't normal. She was raised under Orochimaru's cruel hands, love and feelings were stripped from her until all she could remember was fear. Then he's found out to be stealing children from Konoha, and when he runs, he leaves her behind in a cold cell miles from sunlight.
It was for the better though, in the end, because she gets a new family from it; one that's better than she could ever dare hope.

OR: Sakura is one of Orochimaru's experiments. She's rescued and showered in love and adoration while slowly growing into her powers, into her place in the world, and winning over every single person she meets. Involves lots of soft moments and rabbits. There is world building, but it's mostly me playing around with barbies and making everyone be happy and joyful with a murder plot or six going on in the background.
