Summary
A very canon compliant fic taking place between Spring Cultivation and Canto 9, with speculation as to what Demian's deal is (this includes taking the Enoch theory as canon) and some nonsense mark powers thrown in. Kind of a more "realistic" approach to the Demsin reunion where Sinclair is allowed to have a few complicated feelings about their situation. They do a lot of talking and walking around.
Not as much of a date fic as it is “When they meet again I think these two would address this and this, so let’s make them talk about it now”. Still romantic though. You know how it is with Demsin.

Summary
The first thing Percival Graves does after being released back into the world is buy a new wand. The Aurors recovered his ebony wand from Grindelwald but Graves can’t even look at it, let alone pick it up. He goes to Greymalkin’s the minute he’s let out of the hospital and tries half a dozen wands. Some spark, a few smoke, but only one really works. The wand that chooses him is raw aspen, whiter than bone and so rough that Graves gives himself a splinter conjuring up a storm of brilliant red birds.
Greymalkin eyes the wand distrustfully. “Eleven and a half inches,” he says, sounding sour. “With a dragon heartstring core. One of Ollivander’s. Shoddy work, if you ask me.”
The wand hums against his fingertips. Graves buys it, tucks it up under his sleeve, and keeps it there, splinters and all, until he manages to fall into a fitful sleep later that night.
The second thing Graves does is quit his job, because honestly.
The third thing Graves does is get jumped by Credence Barebone in an alley.

Summary
See, Waffle House is something called a franchise. This means that it has bequeathed its lofty title onto the operation that Dante (technically) runs; a sort of guarantee of quality and consistency for any would-be costumers. It is a sort of quid pro quo; Dante gets to benefit from the franchise’s reputation, and the overarching company that runs the entire thing has Dante on ball and chain for the rest of their entire natural life.
Meanwhile, Hermann and her group are part of another company christened ‘Denny’s.’ Their specific branch of Denny’s ‘happens’ to be right across the street. Waffle House’s land extends some five meters beyond their establishment, after which Denny’s noble exterior brushes up to the property line. This particular quirk of land management ensures that they are locked in constant combat whenever any stray garbage bags blow over the line.
In which Dante runs a Waffle House, and the amount of drama and heartbreak that occurs is at the very least comparable to canon.

Summary
“We welcome you,” the cultist is saying, breathlessly. “To the mortal realm, oh father of Chaos-”
Bernard slowly raises his head, meets the cultist’s gaze, and he stutters to a stop. Tim’s breath catches, because Bernard smiles, manic and benevolent and totally devoid of humanity.
The cultist, shaking with excitement or awe, bows his head. Bernard floats down, and reaches to delicately touch the side of the mask, cupping his face.
“Stupid animal,” he says, kindly, “Why would I thank you for this?”
The cultist starts to raise his head, confused.
It’s not Bernard, says Tim’s brain, even though he already knew that, even though he was putting the pieces together the minute the knife flashed down, even though he shoved the knowledge away because it was unbearable to consider, it’s not Bernard, and it’s only that thought that keeps him from fumbling when vines explode from the cultist’s eyeball.
At the ritual altar, Bernard gets possessed by Dionysus. Nobody liked that.

Bookmarker's Notes
Fic is so good, it felt like Dionysus blessed this whole thing with a string pulled with too much tension that it made me feel everything. Genuinely love this fic so much. No words can describe how many times I screamed because of how the lines are in this. If I could annotate this fic, it'd be filled to the brim with my underlines.
