Crying because of the heartbreaking noises and cries from Midoriya, the weight of the current state of Japan, and her own experiences of the war, including the long search and rescue that took place afterward. The blood of civilians on her hands and face as she pulled them from collapsed buildings, tended to their wounds, carried them to safety. She bit her lip to keep from crying too loudly with the thought, “When heroes need help, I will be there to help them.”
