She isn’t sure they should.While grief and secrecy threaten to pull Rey under, the Resistance is moving on from the impossible work of fighting a lopsided war to the more impossible task of building a lasting peace. With their beacon, Leia Organa, now gone, Poe Dameron leads the effort to unite a fractured galaxy.
But politics aren’t the only thing weighing on Poe’s mind. Rey is struggling to stay afloat—and he refuses to let her drown. As trust gives way to something deeper, Rey finally looks forward instead of back, while Poe envisions a future he didn't think he'd ever have.
