Summary
For a second, Cicero’s grin faltered like a gust of wind across a candle flame.
“Return to the pretender, tell her I’m dead! Stabbed, strangled, drowned poor Cicero - one little lie.”
It was like looking in a mirror - a scared, untethered, exhilarated mirror.

Summary
KITT is quiet as he finally extracts himself from the jeans, drops them on the passenger seat. Leaving the boots for later, Michael leans back in the driver's seat, legs splayed so one thigh, clad in sheer black, rests against the lefthand door.
This was a stupid idea.
"It looks," says KITT. "Like you were wearing lingerie under your clothes."

The screen goes dark, save for a blinking text cursor. There's a sheepishness to it, as Edgar slowly spells it out: L - U - V.
"You still didn't spell it quite right," Miles murmurs.

"I was only curious."
Dave snorts.
"Oh yeah? What were you so curious about?"
"How you would react if I asked."
He jams his tongue against the side of his cheek.
"That's interesting."
"Yes."

Summary
John isn’t entirely sure how this could happen.
After one too many screaming matches between the two of them, somehow, at some point, John ends up slammed against a wall, mouth full of biting teeth and searing kisses, rough hands pushing at his clothes.
_John and Nuada can't stand each other, so of course they start having angry casual sex about it. It totally won't devolve into obsessive passionate romance.

Summary
“Well, kid,” John says quietly. “What are we going to do now?” Like he actually doesn’t know the answer. Like he doesn’t care. Like he wants Jim to make the decision for him. Like he wants Jim to shoot him. To kill him. To rip him bloody and gorge on the pain he inflicts in return for brutally shredding Jim’s fragile barely formed life.
Jim clutches the shotgun with sweaty palms, grimy fingers catching on the hot metal, itching for the trigger.
“I don’t know,” he coughs the words out around a tight ball in his throat.
———
At the end of the movie, Jim makes a different choice.

Summary
There are some great quick-and-dirty guides to HTML on A03. This is not one of them - it is a comprehensive guide
It's now 2025, a decade later. A03 supports some new HTML and and we're all walking around reading fic on supercomputers that fit in a jean pocket. It was time to update.
The previous three chapters have been divided into smaller concepts. Each tag continues to have - at a minimum - a link to the w3schools page about it (so you can learn more), a code example, and the result of the code example. Most tags have their attributes, things like [src] or [title], listed and examples of how using the attributes modify the tags.
There's a chapter on Bad Ideas, including how some of the archive's default CSS is available to you to format your work (users can't turn that off by hiding a workskin!)
Oh. And I added a bunny army. You could learn how to add one too.
