________Fraternities were meant for Alphas. Well, okay, alphas and the occasional beta. But there was certainly no place for an omega. Unfortunately, another fraternity at Oxford University didn’t seem to agree. Which meant Louis Tomlinson was free to slip into the fraternity world and foolishly pretend to ignore his omega status unless it gave him an advantage.
It was dangerous, irresponsible and grinded Harry’s gears like the molars he’d sanded just by gritting his teeth about the problem alone. But Fraternities weren’t the only thing Louis was ruining for the alpha. Apparently, he was only just getting started.

Summary
For as long as Louis can remember, he’s been obsessed with the idea of love. He’s read countless books about love at first sight and seen way too many Hallmark movies. The idea of a soulmate—someone made just for him—has been something he’s longed for as long as he can remember. It’s always been on his mind, and he’s made up countless scenarios for who they are or what they do, taking inspiration from literature. His mom fills in the rest of the blanks; he’s heard many stories about a wide-eyed, toddler-Louis staring at movie after movie, begging for just one more because he was so enraptured by romance. As he grew up, his tastes changed, of course; he’s branched out to fantasy, action, and even horror movies as well, but there’s always something about romance that he comes back to. So many tales of love have been told, retold over the years that Louis is nearly positive he’ll be swept off his feet. However, there’s one teensy little kink in his plan.
He’s single.

“Christmas. New Year’s. Your birthday,” Harry continued, the words tumbling out now that he’d started. “I’ll go with you.”
“Harry,” Louis said carefully, “you don’t have to—”
“I know,” Harry cut in. His voice softened despite himself. “But I want to.”
Or, Harry and Louis are in the middle of the process for divorce.

Pray.
He couldn’t pray for love for himself, like most alphas did when they came to this temple. So he prayed that the omega would somehow love his pack and not harm them. That this would work out.
He prayed for salvation.Written for the Alpha Harry fic fest 2025. Prompt 41. The Styles pack is threatened. Their defiance of tradition and their rejection of the Omega Temple's commands make them dangerous in the eyes of those in power. To appease their enemies, the Styles' Pack Alpha accepts to receive an omega from one of the enemy packs and make them his Luna as a sign of good faith.

“You know I can’t let you leave now, right? Your father wouldn’t exactly approve of us letting you wander off alone. There are dangerous things out there.”
Louis snorted. “More dangerous than a pack of vengeful omegas arguing about who’s the prettiest? Please. I’m doing your alpha a public service by skipping this circus.”
The alpha’s brows lifted. “Oh yeah? And why’s that?”
“Because I’ll only insult him,” Louis said matter-of-factly, ticking it off on his fingers. “Make at least one omega cry, and deliver sarcastic commentary for two months straight. By the end of it, he’ll ship me home in a box labeled ‘return to sender.’”
The man laughed, “I highly doubt it. Sounds like exactly what he needs. A bit of drama and chaos.”
Louis smirked. “Then he must be leading a really boring life.”
Or- Louis is an omega forced by his parents into a matchmaking event created to find pack alpha Harry Styles a mate.
His plan? Be irritating enough to get sent home immediately.
Instead, he’s somehow bantering, stirring trouble, and making the alpha grin like a man experiencing his first emotion.
Harry keeps staring at him like fate is involved. Louis would like a refund.
