  Summary

  Legend says that if one folded one thousand paper cranes, the maker would be granted a special wish. Healing from illness, longevity, immense luck… the list went on. Some divine eyes that saw the desperation that had to have oozed from whoever was pathetic enough to put all their stakes on goddamn paper and took pity.

  A miracle, some would call it.

  Haruta wasn’t stupid enough to believe paper was capable of all that.

  OR

  Haruta folds some cranes, gets scared by Kenjaku, and is absolutely useless for a few hundred words.
